After you apply

Here's what happens next.

    Day 1

    You submit a short application

    Restaurant name, owner contact, address, phone. Takes about two minutes — no payment info, no upfront commitment.

  2. 2

    Day 1–3

    We verify and reach out

    Our team confirms your kitchen meets local food-safety requirements and walks through how the platform works on a quick call.

  3. 3

    Day 3–5

    Stripe Connect setup

    You receive a secure link to connect your bank account through Stripe — Dory never sees your account number. This is also when you sign the partner agreement (10–15% commission, weekly payouts, 30-day notice to leave).

  4. 4

    Day 5–7

    Menu goes live

    We help you upload your menu (or import from Square POS). You set hours and prep times. Orders start coming in the next time you toggle "open".

  • Are licensed in Kodiak city or Highlands
  • Can prep an order in 15–25 minutes
  • Care about food quality leaving the kitchen
  • Have a menu ready (PDF / website / or we'll help build one)
  • Want to grow without giving up customer relationships
  • Are open to using Square POS or our portal for orders
